Data collected and its use
Creating a VPNGa account requires no email address; a username and password are enough. Account credentials identify the account, verify sign-in status, and protect access to the user panel. When users submit a support ticket, its text and included information are used to handle the request. Please do not include personal details unrelated to the issue.
To activate plans, calculate traffic usage, process refunds, and reconcile transactions, the service stores account-linked order records, including the selected item, order status, payment method, payment result, and necessary transaction identifiers. The service also processes plan status and traffic usage to show remaining benefits and apply monthly traffic resets or deductions from traffic packages.
Site analytics may include the access time, pages visited, referring page, browser and device type, network address, and approximate region. This data helps analyze page performance, identify abnormal requests, and improve site structure. It is not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.
No-logs policy and connection data
VPNGa does not record which websites users access through international routes, nor does it retain query content, transmitted content, or persistent connection logs that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. While a network connection is active, the system may temporarily process route selection, account permissions, traffic measurement, and current connection status in memory. After the connection ends or processing is complete, this temporary state is not retained as a browsing activity record.
The no-logs policy applies to network activity carried by subscription services. Account sign-in records, order records, traffic usage, and marketing-site analytics are operational data and are not the content accessed through accelerated routes. Such operational data is handled only for the purposes listed in this policy.
Cookies and local storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save sign-in status, interface language, feature preferences, and necessary session information. This data maintains selected settings, avoids repeated sign-ins, and keeps panel features working properly. Users can clear it through browser settings, but may then need to sign in again and reselect their language or interface preferences.
Analytics tools may use necessary identifiers to distinguish continuous visits from repeated requests. VPNGa does not use them to retain a list of websites visited through subscription routes or to sell personal profiles.
Payment processing and third-party services
VPNGa supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment steps may be handled by the relevant payment channel or transaction service provider. Payment details required for processing are submitted directly to that provider according to its interface instructions. VPNGa receives payment status, transaction identifiers, and necessary reconciliation information to confirm orders, and does not require payment credentials on marketing pages.
Third-party payment services process transaction data under their own privacy rules. Users should review the terms shown by the provider before selecting a payment method. VPNGa uses payment result information only to complete orders, process refunds, investigate unusual transactions, or meet necessary obligations.
Data retention, deletion, and policy updates
Account details and plan status are generally retained while the account remains active. Order and payment results are kept for as long as needed to process transactions, refunds, disputes, and necessary accounting matters. Site analytics and security records are retained only as long as needed for reporting, troubleshooting, or identifying abnormal requests, after which they are deleted or converted into aggregated data that cannot directly identify an account. Ticket content is cleared according to operational needs after request handling and necessary follow-up checks are complete.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket to request access to or deletion of account-linked data. Deletion requests are handled after account ownership is verified. Data still subject to transaction processing, dispute resolution, or necessary accounting retention may be deleted after those matters end. Cookies and local storage in the browser can be cleared directly by the user.
This policy may be updated when service features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes to processing purposes or scope will be explained through visible notices on the site. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
