Service Scope and Applicability
VPNGa provides network acceleration for cross-border access, including international route access, subscription configuration, client download links, and account features related to service use. Current coverage includes 100+ countries / 190+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and client capabilities available for connection are based on what is shown in the user panel at the time.
Connection performance may be affected by the user's location, access network, carrier routing, target service status, device configuration, and network congestion. VPNGa may adjust nodes or connection methods for maintenance, capacity planning, and security needs. These adjustments do not change the basic traffic benefits of an active plan, but specific routes or regions may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users should securely store their login details, subscription links, and import credentials, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel so the account status can be reviewed.
Active subscriptions support simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, provided those devices are managed by the account holder. Accounts, subscription links, and related access credentials must not be publicly posted, rented, resold, distributed in bulk, or offered as a shared service to unauthorized parties. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, configuration failures, and account risks caused by public disclosure or improper sharing.
Billing, Traffic, and Refunds
Monthly plans include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used and never expiring. Available payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel with verifiable order information. After a refund is completed, the subscription benefits provided by the corresponding order will end; settlement timing depends on the payment channel's processing procedures. The status of repeat purchases, plan upgrades, and traffic packages will be assessed using order records and actual usage.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and where the service is used, and must independently confirm that accessed content, data transmission, and network activity meet those requirements. The service must not be used to infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, send abusive content, commit fraud, or engage in other unlawful activity.
If such activity may affect route security, other users' normal connections, or service infrastructure, VPNGa may take necessary measures, including restricting connections, suspending subscriptions, requesting verification of account control, or terminating service. To handle security incidents, payment disputes, or lawful requests, the service may retain order details, account status, and technical operation records to the extent necessary.
Service Availability and Liability
VPNGa maintains its routes and adjusts resources according to operating conditions, but cross-border connections depend on multiple infrastructures. Performance cannot be guaranteed to remain consistent for every region, carrier, target website, or application at all times. Interruptions, slowdowns, or access failures caused by public network outages, target service changes, device environments, user configuration errors, force majeure, or third-party infrastructure issues do not constitute a guarantee of a specific connection outcome by the service.
Users should back up important configurations and business data and should not rely on this service as their sole business continuity solution. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNGa is not liable for indirect losses, loss of expected profits, or losses caused by improper custody of account credentials by the user; liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited are unaffected by this section.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
Users may stop renewing the service. If an account is used for unlawful purposes, maliciously consumes route resources, attacks service facilities, resells subscriptions, publicly shares credentials, abuses payment disputes, or otherwise seriously violates these terms, VPNGa may suspend or terminate the related account and subscription. Decisions will take into account the nature of the conduct, its scope of impact, and verifiable records.
These terms may be updated due to changes in service content, route arrangements, payment procedures, or compliance requirements. The updated text will be published on this page with the latest update time. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained through available notifications in the user panel. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms; if you disagree with a change, stop using the service and submit a request when eligible for a refund.
